Taking the first steps towards help can be scary and intimidating. My philosophy is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable environment for clients to share their confidential information, and to lead the dialogue that can help them understand and process difficult life experiences. Therapeutic rapport and collaborative work between the therapist and client are vital to positive outcomes in treatment. My approach to therapy is relational in nature and focuses on how past or present relationships impact factors in your life.
